Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if a pricing error appears; in that case you are fully refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Every car is covered by our 2-year warranty.

Product use and safety

Ride-on cars are designed for children within the age and weight range shown on each product page and must always be used under adult supervision. Read the instructions before first use, use the parental remote with young children, and never use the car near traffic, pools or stairs.

Trademarks

Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Porsche, Lamborghini, Range Rover, Chevrolet, Toyota, Cadillac and other vehicle names are trademarks of their respective owners. Licensed models are produced under official license by their manufacturers. Little Motor Club is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with these brands.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.
