Our 2-Year Warranty

Every car sold by Little Motor Club comes with a 2-year limited warranty on parts and labor, starting on the day it is delivered.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the motors, gearboxes, battery, charger, parental remote, wiring, switches and frame.
• Parts that stop working under normal use, as described in the car's instructions.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as tire tread and scratches.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, overloading beyond the maximum weight, or modifications.
• Damage from water, rain or storing the car outdoors without protection.
• A battery that was not charged as described in the instructions or left discharged for long periods.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@littlemotorclub.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. Add a photo or a short video: it helps us identify the right part right away.
3. We ship the replacement part free of charge with step-by-step instructions. If the car cannot be repaired, we replace it.

Extended warranty

You can add one extra year of coverage (3 years in total) when you order, with the same terms.

Spare parts after the warranty

Batteries, chargers, remotes, motors and other parts remain available after the warranty ends. Email us and we will find the right part for your car.
